- Cook Tomatoes: Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and chana masala powder. Cook until oil separates.
- Add Chickpeas: Mix in boiled chickpeas, salt, and water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Finish with Spices: Add garam masala and amchur powder for extra flavor.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
